About ToolsBag

ToolsBag is a small dock of free online tools for Indian e-commerce sellers and the people who handle their paperwork. It started with shipping labels — cropping Flipkart, Meesho and Amazon labels down to what the printer actually needs — and grew into whatever else the same desk turned out to need: PDFs, spreadsheets, images, bank statements.

Every tool works without an account. There is no signup wall, no trial, and nothing to pay per file.

What happens to your files

Most tools do their work on our server. The file you choose is sent over an encrypted connection, processed to produce your output, and discarded. It is not written to a database, not kept after your download, not used to train anything, and not shared with any third party. Nothing about a file's contents is logged. The privacy policy sets this out in full, including what we do store — which is very little.

Two tools never send your content anywhere at all. Compare Text & Files and the QR Code Generator run entirely in your browser — the text you compare, and the link, UPI ID or WiFi password behind a QR code, never reach us.

What's inside

Shipping label tools crop the invoice portion off a label sheet and group it by SKU or Order ID, split a batch into one PDF per courier for handover, break an order batch down by value, SKU, courier and destination state, catch labels printed twice before you ship them twice, and re-render blurry or scanned labels at high DPI so the barcodes still scan.

PDF and image tools merge, compress, convert between PDF and image, add or remove a password, remove a background, and strip hidden metadata — including the GPS coordinates a phone quietly leaves inside a photo.

Spreadsheet and statement tools turn a PDF bank statement into a workbook you can actually sort, summarise an AIS tax statement, build a pivot table without opening Excel, and merge several workbooks into one.

Lookups and developer tools cover Indian PIN codes, domain DNS, SSL and WHOIS records, and subdomain discovery.

Open to grow

ToolsBag is built to hold more tools over time. If a repetitive part of your workflow could be a one-click tool, it belongs in the bag — there is a suggestion box, and it gets read.

We use cookies for analytics to understand how the tools are used. They load only if you accept. Ads shown after a download may include a video from YouTube, which loads either way. Read our privacy policy.
